Strategic Business Associate

Business & Financial Strategy:

- Assist in long-term strategic planning, market analysis, and financial modeling to support growth.

- Work with finance teams to analyze P&L, revenue streams, cost structures, and capital allocation.

Operational Execution & Program Management:

- Drive execution of Director's high-priority initiatives, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.

- Oversee and manage company-wide strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and impact.

OKRs, KPIs & Performance Monitoring:

- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to measure business success.

- Identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.

Investor Relations & Board Engagement:

- Prepare board meeting materials, investor presentations, and earnings reports.

- Support Director in fundraising, investor communications, and financial disclosures.

Leadership Alignment & Organizational Effectiveness:

- Ensure coordination and alignment between executive leadership, HODs, and key business units.

Crisis Management & Problem-Solving:

- Lead crisis response planning, risk management, and strategic interventions.

- Provide rapid analysis and execution plans for urgent business challenges.

Special Projects & Confidential Initiatives:

- Handle highly sensitive and confidential assignments on behalf of the DIRECTOR.

- Execute ad-hoc strategic projects, ensuring high impact and alignment with corporate objectives.
