Senior Manager/Manager - Climate Finance - Bank (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, manage, and cultivate relationships with companies, founders, investors, regulators

- Build ecosystem partnerships to build a granular book in EV and solar rooftop financing

- Source and evaluate climate finance opportunities

- Conduct preliminary screening of pitch decks, develop initial investment cases internally, perform risk assessment

- Prepare comprehensive credit / investment assessment memos encompassing detailed analysis of business, industry and financial statement analysis

- Lead client onboarding, execution and monitoring to ensure a seamless online/ offline client journey

- Draft and update underwriting standards, SOP

- Lead due diligence and transaction documentation

Ideal Candidate:

- 2-5 years of experience in the domain of climate change, preferably EVs and solar rooftops having done credit analysis/ venture capital/ private equity/ investment banking/ corporate lending, or transaction advisory

- Excellent in written and oral communication

- Entrepreneurial mind-set to wear multiple hats and manage internal/ external stakeholders to build out the Climate Finance business of Unity SFB

- Prior experience in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment

- Demonstrated ability to work diligently and adapt to various responsibilities
