Data Entry Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator who will be responsible for managing factory stock records and investment entries. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience in data management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of factory stock and investment entries.
• Run an app to help with the factories' inventory
• Manage day-to-day data entry in Excel, including stock updates and investment tracking.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry for all related transactions.
• Generate reports related to stock and investment as per the companys needs.
• Perform regular audits of inventory and investment records.
• Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related fields.
• A bachelor’s degree (B. Com preferred, or any graduate).
• Knowledge of stock management and investment entry processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• 6 Days Working.

Additional Information:

• Willingness to travel on weekends by train as required (once in a Quarter).
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
