Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with India's top family offices, acting as their trusted advisor for investment solutions.
- Strategic Coverage: Develop and execute a strategic client engagement plan, ensuring a high level of service and proactive outreach to drive investments into AA's platform.
- Investment Solutions Advisory: Leverage knowledge of investment products across asset classes to offer tailored solutions aligning with client objectives.
- Collaboration with Investment Teams: Work closely with the internal investment, research, and structuring teams to craft customized offerings for clients.
- Market Insights & Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide timely insights to clients.
- New Business Development: Identify and onboard new family offices into the Alpha Alternatives ecosystem, expanding the firm's reach and influence.
- Client Engagement Events: Drive participation in exclusive investor events, roundtables, and networking sessions to strengthen relationships and enhance Alpha Alternatives' positioning.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in corporate or investment banking with a leading multinational bank (MNC) or BIG 4 accounting firm in the transaction advisory group.
- Educational Background: CA or MBA from a reputed institution.
Skills & Attributes:
- Proven track record of managing relationships with top-tier institutions/clients.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to structure complex financial solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in corporate or investment banking looking to transition into investment management space.
