Upselling and Promotion: Recommend additional items, specials, or premium selections to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue
Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, finding solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
Team Coordination: Coordinate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a harmonious working environment
Billing and Payments: Manage guest billing, handle transactions, and process payments accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols
Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, assisting in clearing tables and maintaining a tidy restaurant environment
