Marketing Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing operations in the agricultural industry. This role will involve overseeing the marketing activities of the company, managing a team, and driving marketing efforts to achieve the companys sales and growth objectives. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for business development, expanding the dealer/distribution network, budget management, and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall sales targets. This position requires a strong understanding of agricultural products, market trends, and effective marketing strategies, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead the marketing department and all related teams. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to subordinate staff members to ensure smooth operations and high performance.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing activities, sales performance, budget tracking, and market insights to the Director of Marketing.
• Networking and Network Expansion: Actively work on expanding the company’s dealer and distribution network, establishing strong relationships with agricultural businesses, and suppliers.
• Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to achieve set sales and revenue targets for the branch, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Annual Operating Plan (AOP): Making and execution of the company's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to drive marketing initiatives, sales targets, and growth.
• Sales Planning & Control: Develop detailed sales plans, including market segmentation, sales forecasting, and promotional activities. Monitor and control execution to meet budget and performance goals.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the agricultural sector to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Promotional Activities: Design and execute promotional campaigns and events to increase brand awareness, boost sales, and support market expansion.
• Traveling: Regular travel to meet with dealers, distributors, and govt. departments to understand market needs, build relationships, and promote products.
• Strategy & Implementation: Work on long-term strategic planning to position the company as a market leader in the agricultural sector and implement the same at the branch level.
