Job Overview:


We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in the agricultural industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and selling our range of agricultural products and services to farmers through channel sales, and businesses within the agriculture sector. This role requires a passion for agriculture and strong sales skills to contribute to the company's growth and market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the agricultural sector, including farmers, agribusinesses, and distributors.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional service, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products and services.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the Sales Manager/Director.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities and keep the company ahead of industry developments.
  • Attend trade shows, agricultural exhibitions, and industry events to network and build brand awareness.
  • Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports, and market feedback to management.
  • Work closely with other departments (marketing, logistics, product development) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • The Candidate should be ready for intensive travel within Karnataka state.
  • Candidates who have working experience with department of agriculture will be preferred.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the agricultural industry.
  • Knowledge of agricultural machineries, or equipments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Good understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customer needs in the agriculture sector.
