Azure Cloud Engineer - Cluster Management (15-20 yrs)

The Associate Director of Client Infrastructure (Azure Cloud Engg) Delivery Projects will lead and oversee the delivery of infrastructure projects to clients. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the technology field, with strong expertise in Microsoft On-Premises and Cloud systems, including Windows Servers, cluster management, Microsoft 365, Azure, and a thorough understanding of network and firewall configurations. This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, strong proficiency in Excel, and superior written and verbal communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Leadership and Delivery:

- Oversee the delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

- Manage projects to achieve maximum SLA adherence with minimal to no downtime.

- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

2. Technical Expertise:

- Provide expert guidance on Microsoft On-Premises and Cloud systems, including Window servers, clustering, Microsoft 365, and Azure.

- Ensure the infrastructure is designed and implemented according to best practices and security standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network and firewall configurations.

3. Stakeholder Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance.

- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

4. Reporting, Monitoring, and Excel Proficiency:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and project plans.

- Monitor and report on infrastructure performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.

- Utilize strong Excel skills to analyze data, create reports, and track project metrics.

5. Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and technical staff.

- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
