We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Solution Sales Specialist with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by leveraging their deep understanding of the insurance industry and expertise in IT solutions. This role involves identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that address the unique challenges of the P&C insurance sector
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets within the P&C insurance vertical.
- Identify and target key decision-makers within insurance organizations (underwriting, claims, IT, and operations teams).
Solution Selling:
- Present and sell IT solutions, including digital transformation services, automation tools, data analytics platforms, and cloud-based solutions, to P&C insurance clients.
- Customize solutions to align with clients' needs in underwriting, claims management, risk assessment, and customer engagement.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights into how technology can enhance business operations and address industry-specific challenges.
Industry Expertise:
- Stay updated on P&C insurance trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
- Understand the competitive landscape and provide insights to differentiate the company's offerings.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet client needs.
- Partner with marketing to develop industry-specific campaigns and collateral.
Pipeline Management:
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
- Report on sales activity, market trends, and customer feedback to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Experience:
- 20+ years of experience in IT solution sales.
- Proven track record of sales success in the insurance industry, specifically in the P&C sector.
- Experience in selling digital transformation services, SaaS solutions, or IT consulting services.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of P&C insurance processes, challenges, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals with enterprise-level clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with core insurance systems such as P&C,Claims management, and underwriting platforms.
- Experience working with technology partners and ecosystem solutions (e.g., InsurTech).
- Certifications in sales or insurance-related areas (e.g., CPCU, AIC, or similar).
