Executive Assistant Senior Sales Managers

• Calendar management and reminding of daily events

• Coordination / scheduling of required teleconferences

• Monthly Reports preparation & sending it as per scheduled timeline.

• Event management support.

• Organize travel plans with necessary travel itinerary for managers.

• Coordination with MIS Department for any necessary support.

• Attending meetings, preparing MOM and circulating them to concern parties.

• Screening calls and communicating messages to managers.

• Checking/answering mails from time to time.

• Organizing and managing appointments for managers.

• Talking dictations, transcribing and sending them to concerned parties.

• Coordinating with finance for expenses/claims from managers.

• Any other tasks assigned by managers to be handled from time to time.

Qualification: Any postgraduate.

Experience: Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in similar role.

Language fluency: English and Hindi mandatory, any other language would be a bonus.

Remuneration: Based on qualification, experience, and individual talent.

Should be a proactive go-getter, that can work independently, think outside of the box to find solutions, and take up new responsibilities/assignments.
