Designation- Desktop Support Engineer.
Experience- 8 months to 1 years.
Location- Akola and Aurangabad. ( work from office )
Notice Period - Immediate Joiners to 30days.
Package- 2.40 lpa

Desktop Engineer:-
• User support & troubleshooting all hardware / LAN-related issues
• Installation of standard software required by the client
• Installing applications software developed by the client
• Installation of necessary updates/upgrades/patches
• Knowledge of email configuration & troubleshooting
• Knowledge of troubleshooting basic printer-related issues
• Knowledge of taking backup of user data before formatting & OS reinstallation
