D_Alfresco Developer & Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Alfresco Developer & Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting Document Archive and Storage solutions using Alfresco to meet the organizations document capture and data extraction needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, customize, and configure Document Archive and Storage solutions using Alfresco according to business requirements.

2. Design and implement document storage and ingestion processes, including document classification, indexing, and ingestion.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical expertise in designing efficient and effective solutions.

4. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Alfresco sites and integration interfaces.

5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document storage, ingestion, and integration with other systems.

6. Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and performance of Alfresco solutions.

7. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices related to document archive and storage technologies such as Global solution ADSR.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Proven experience in developing and supporting Document Archive and Storage solutions.

3. Strong understanding of document archive and storage concepts and technologies.

4. Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, VB. NET , or Visual Basic.

5. Familiarity with databases and SQL queries.

6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

8. Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Alfresco Content Service Engineer and/or Administrator certifications.

2. Experience in the financial services domain with good knowledge of insurance business.

3. Knowledge of enterprise content management systems such as SharePoint or ADSR.

4. Working experience with Github, CI/CD automation tools such as Jenkins / Ansible.

5. Working experience with web services integration and API development.
