Technical Architect

• Responsibilities:
• Support with Design, Consulting, Engineering and Architecture activities for the global Velocloud SDWAN solution in Allianz.
• Support with Build and upgrade activities for the SDWAN solution.
• Provide L3 / Engineering level Escalation Operational support for the SDWAN solution.
• Interact with Customers for understanding and supporting their requirements with SDWAN deployment.
• Owning and supporting SDWAN migrations of Customer locations from Legacy WAN solutions to the Centralised Global SDWAN solution.
• Incident / Change and Problem Management support for the Global SDWAN solution.
• Working closely with Vendors (e. g. VMWare Velocloud) for escalated issues until resolution.
• Collaborating with Architecture, Engineering and various internal and external delivery and support teams for ensuring Optimal support for the Allianz SDWAN solution.
• Proactively managing client engagement, technology lifecycle development, and planning and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders
• Analysing, evaluating, and communicating network capacity and performance data with the objective of driving improvements to customer networks.
• Creating presentations and demonstrations related to technology, process, or client solutions as necessary.
• Support the Information Security Officer and the Audit Units for periodic Audits / PT on the SDWAN solution
• Documentation of infrastructure design, procedures and processes as part of Operational support activities.
• Mentoring and provide Technical guidance for the L1/L2 and L3 SDWAN Operations teams, as needed.
