Job Description
- Structure and price new business and renewal policies to drive profitability and growth on the team
- Provide high level of customer service to internal and external customers while proactively servicing a portfolio of accounts
- Manage customer and broker relationships in conjunction with our Sales Force team
- Quote/negotiate new and renewal business transactions in accordance with Allianz Trade pricing and retention initiatives
- Lead and/or contribute to special projects
- Bachelor s Degree in business economics, finance or higher education
- 1-3 years of professional experience in financial services or commercial underwriting experience preferably in the insurance industry
- Team player with a high willingness to learn and an open mind
- Ability to work under pressure, combined with a high level of initiative and autonomy and a solution-oriented approach
- English and German (fluent written and spoken)
