What will be your responsibilities:

• Work together with a close team of attorneys and paralegals to support the preparation of cases for trial.
• Assist in discovery and incorporate factual details in pleadings and motions based upon set practice materials.
• Assist in drafting discovery requests and proposed responses.
• Review and organize materials produced in e-discovery.
• Work extensively in database management to review and code documents.
• Procuring client documents.
• Attending training regarding US Research & Development tax credits.
• Assist in the preparation of deposition summaries.
• Prepare timelines of events from client documents.
• Bates labeling project documents.
• Document management; and other trial preparations.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, legal developments and best practices to ensure delivery of high-quality legal services.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support legal strategies and knowledge of relevant laws.
• Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company.

What are we looking for:

• Excellent verbal and written skills are required.
• Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to apply legal principles to complex cases.
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks and computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Training:

Training, training materials, and resources will be provided.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree, OR Master's degree (M.B.A)- Should not be from finance background
