IT Support Engineer (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.

- Implement and maintain robust information security measures to protect sensitive data and systems.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards and other relevant regulations.

- Administer Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and OneDrive, providing technical support and troubleshooting.

- Manage laptop administration, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance.

- Leverage Azure cloud services to optimize IT operations and enhance security.

- Identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities.

- Conduct regular security audits and assessments.

- Provide technical support to end-users.

Qualifications :

- Must have SAP experience.

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in IT administration, information security, and compliance management.

- In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and information security best practices.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure cloud services.

- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, workstations).

- Prepare and submit daily work reports and MIS Report to management.

- Administration of SAP System and optimize the queries.

- Providing Support SAP Addon and Development, SAP Backup.

- SAP Special Price, Vendor Creation, Customer creation, Item master & Invoice cancellation

- Administration of Users accounts and manage the SharePoint settings.

- Attendance system management.

- Procurement of IT Instruments.

- Should have to follow activity as per HIRA register.

- Managing the organization IT Training for all Users.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
