Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage company secretarial activities, including filing of documents with BSE, NSE, and other regulatory bodies.
  
• Coordinate with external agencies for listing compliance and ensure timely submission of reports.
  
• Prepare and file necessary forms, returns, and statements under various laws such as Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, etc.
  
• Maintain statutory records and registers as required by law.
  
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements.
