Backend Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Monitor backend performance and provide reports on key metrics.

• Manage backend operations, ensuring efficient data processing and record-keeping.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills such as HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables to analyze and manipulate data.
• Draft letters and emails professionally using Word.
• Provide excellent communication support through email drafting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficient in Excel with strong data management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Experience in backend coordination or similar roles, and platform optimization.
• Familiarity with backend systems and process optimization
