Job Description:
- Responsible for end-to-end software development for a cross functional team in Bangalore
- Act as a reporting manger for a cross functional team
- Act as a project delivery lead
- Play the role of scrum master
- Work closely with product and engineering stakeholders to manage all the phases of SDLC.
- Create environment that builds Employee Engagement and fosters Employee Growth and Development
- Set individual and team goals in Alignment with Organizational goal and monitor progress through regular performance feedback sessions with their Organizations
- Ensures engineering solutions meet requirements for cost, time, and quality.
- Acts as escalation point to resolve issues within the team and to help coordinate resolution of issues with external parties
- Works with the organization to provide the tools and resources to enable team members to be successful in execution
- Drives collaboration across individuals, teams, and groups.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in playing the role of manager for a team - Setting up Goals, Performance Assessment, Providing Feedback, Hiring and Growing the team
- Experience working in C#, API, JavaScript and web development.
- Project management experience and complete knowledge of SDLC Lifecyle.
- Experience in Scrum and demonstrated Scrum master role.
- Development Experience with web and API driven application development (Microsoft technologies)
- Effective written, verbal and presentations skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.
- Ability to clearly articulate business goals and strategies, facilitate teams in solving problems and making decisions, and effective engagement with peer organizations.
- A role model in effective Communication, Collaboration, Networking, Candor, Emotional Resilience, Negotiation, working within a team environment and cross functionally
- Ability to relate to others, demonstrated resourcefulness and flexibility, active participation in decision making process, ability to assess risk and act with a sense of urgency.
- Self-directed and able to direct others.
Required Education and/or Experience:
- BE/BTech/M Tech/MCA/MSc /BCA / BSc - CS
- 9 to 11 Years of experience
