1. Responsible for ensuring logistics arrangement for shipment execution as per the monthly estimates
2. Understand overall logistics requirement , to fulfil monthly targets
3. Do network planning to optimize movement and overall logistics cost
4. Basis the shipment sizes suggest sales team about tweaking orders to optimize costs
5. Explore more logistics options in consultation with Allana Logistics team
6. Coordinate with Logistics & WH teams timely stuffing
7. Support team member to resolve challenges faced by them , if any in day to day execution
8. Implement New processes / concepts for betterment of overall workRole & responsibilities

Very bad working environment. Good for top management only. They are working as kings, no cost burden on their pockets. Salary gap is very high b/w management and executives.
