Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable Java-based backend applications for high-performance financial services systems.

- Design and implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.

- Work with multithreading, concurrency, and high-volume transaction processing systems.

- Optimize backend performance, ensuring low-latency and high-availability solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

- Implement unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and participate in code reviews.

- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) for data processing.

- Integrate backend systems with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.

- Follow Agile methodologies and CI/CD best practices using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Java backend development.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Rest APIs

- Experience in multithreading, memory management, and optimizing performance.

- Hands-on experience with database technologies - SQL & NoSQL.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

- Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
