SAP FSM Consultant (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement SAP FSM solutions tailored to business requirements.

- Customize and configure SAP FSM modules to optimize field service operations.

- Integrate SAP FSM with other SAP and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.

- Provide technical expertise in SAP Cloud Platform (SCP), SAP BTP, and related technologies.

- Develop and maintain FSM mobile applications and offline capabilities.

- Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SAP FSM environments.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP FSM updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP Field Service Management (FSM) implementation and support.

- Strong expertise in SAP Cloud Platform (SCP), SAP BTP, and SAP FSM SDK.

- Experience integrating SAP FSM with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and third-party applications.

- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, OData Services, and Middleware tools.

- Hands-on experience with FSM configuration, master data setup, and FSM mobile application development.

- Knowledge of SAP UI5, JavaScript, Node.js, and CAP framework is a plus.

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
