Proven experience leading RPA development teams and managing projects..

Technical Skills:.

Proficiency in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and other components of the UiPath platform..

Expertise in developing reusable components, code reviews, and maintaining code quality..

Strong understanding of workflow design, exception handling, and error resolution..

Experience with programming languages (e.g., .NET, C#, VB.NET, Python) is a plus..

Experience in working with APIs, REST, and web services..

Leadership & Communication:.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team..

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders..
