Position: Chartered Accountant (Taxation Focus)
Experience: 0-8 Years
Location: Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements as per Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013, including notes to accounts.
• Oversee tax planning, compliance, and direct/indirect tax filings for group entities.
• Handle income tax assessments and represent the company before tax authorities.
• Ensure timely payment and filing of GST, TDS, and other tax returns.
• Liaise with auditors for internal and statutory audits and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with RERA consultants for quarterly and annual filings.
• Manage MIS reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Scrutinize general ledgers and finalize accounts with the team.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Expertise in direct and indirect taxation, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS).
• Knowledge of RERA regulations and filings (preferred).
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Tally.
