Job Description :
Exp : 5+ Years.
Location : Remote (India).
Timings : Mon to Fri; 10:30 AM 7:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities :
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements effectively.
- Leverage previous development experience to understand project complexities and provide guidance to technical teams.
- Conduct code reviews where applicable and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and clients.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure project objectives align with business goals.
- Proactively identify risks and develop contingency plans.
- Resolve issues swiftly and effectively to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure projects meet high standards of quality and compliance with technical specifications.
- Facilitate post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for future improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Minimum 5 years of work experience, including at least some as a software developer.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g, Java, Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
