Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about software development, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and other developers, to design and implement application features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Debug and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Work with technologies and frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
• Integrate applications with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB) and external services.
• Keep up with industry trends, technologies, and frameworks to continuously improve skills and applications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of professional experience as a Java Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java SE/EE.
• Experience with frameworks like Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and Hibernate.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Proficiency in database technologies, including SQL and ORMs.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes).
