Position: Technical Lead (Python) - (6+ years)

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Python Developer
• Strong proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of its ecosystems
• Extensive experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Proficiency in using code versioning tools like Git
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail

Additional Qualifications & Skills (Preferred)

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Java or C++
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools
• Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Knowledge of performance optimization and debugging techniques
