We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (B2B) to expand our business in the B2B sector. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with client Industries, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth. The candidate must have a deep understanding of B2B sales, possess excellent negotiation skills, and be able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets in the B2B sector.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to target new markets, industries, and potential business clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and partners.
• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting, lead generation, and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive intelligence.
• Present and promote the companys services to prospective clients, tailoring proposals to meet their specific needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Continuously improve the sales process by identifying new approaches and refining existing strategies to enhance performance.
• The candidate will be responsible for overseeing brand positioning and driving targeted sales of all service offerings provided by the organization.
Requirement & Skills:
• Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, market dynamics, and customer decision-making.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, optimize strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
