Architect - Urgent requirement

Role & responsibilities

• To prepare feasibility studies in form of drawings or reports and communicate
• To prepare in house designs if project demands with CAD/ sketch up software's.
• Sending RFP to consultants
• Taking quotes from consultants, preparing comparatives
• Drafting scope of works for consultancy services and coordination in closing contracts with interdepartmental teams.
• Coordination with external consultants for finalization of

a. Conceptual drawings

b. Schematic drawings

c. Design development drawings

d. Sanction drawings

e. Tender drawings

f. GFC drawings & As built drawings

• Review of drawings from consultants & giving approval on drawings before release of drawings
• Workshops / Meetings with consultants to close the design deliverables or approvals needed
• Conducting/ attending meeting at regular intervals to push the deliverable for timely completion
• Maintaining records / documents in the form of drawing list / drawings
• In- house design capability.
• Knowledge of Liaison process in Bangalore.
• Residential apartment / office building experience.
• Completed at least one sizable building start to completion.
• Some Knowledge of MEPF services, Landscape & Interior design

Preferred candidate profile

• Software skills required- CAD, sketch up & if know Revit is plus point
