Manager / Senior Manager - CMO

Alembic Pharmaceuticals is looking for CMO / CDO professional for Manager / Sr. Manager position for our Unit based at Corporate Office- Vadodara.

Job Criteria

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Any other science stream. Candidates with management degree will be given preference.
• 10 years plus of relevant experience.

Job Description:

• Managing the CMO Business Development activities for API/OSD/Onco/Injectables/Derma products.
• Respond to RFx (RFI / RFP / RFQ) and prepare proposals within the timelines along with detailed scope.
• Develop RFPs in collaboration with the SMEs, lead product and technology aspects of client RFPs.
• End-to-end RFP management including CFT coordination to develop competitive and business-winning solutions for all proposals.
• Facilitate TCs between customers and company and share the minutes.
• Provide innovative, cost-effective and timely solutions to customer requirements.
• Preparation of high-quality, customer-focused proposals and budgets for RFPs.
• Maintain pricing strategies with key accounts including scope changes for additional revenues.
• Maintain and update RFP tracker on a regular basis and share the insights with the senior leadership team.
• Track the fate of submitted proposals with BD counterparts.
• Arrange project kick-off meetings for awarded projects and handover the details to key stakeholders.
• Participate in the project closure discussions with key stakeholders for future campaigns etc.
• In & Out-Licensing of Generic Products, Cross Licensing for better reach & revenue generation.
• In Licensing of Development Dossier from different CDO/CDMO, Product acquisition.
• Licensing & Supply as well as pure CMO agreement negotiation.
• Preparation of Business Case using financial modelling NPV, PBP & Contribution analysis for shortlisted CMO opportunity and recommendation for senior management.
• Managing cross-functional teams i.e. R&D, Procurement, Project management & Regulatory affairs for fast-track execution of the project.
