Zonal Trainer

We are looking for a Zonal Trainer to lead onboarding and training programs for new joiners in the East Zone. The role involves familiarizing new Medical Representatives (MRs) with organizational culture, policies, brand knowledge, and competitive landscape, ensuring they are field-ready.

We are opening to look at people keen to transition from sales to training.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ New Joiner Onboarding & Training

• Conduct orientation sessions covering organizational policies, roles, responsibilities, and business processes.
• Train new MRs on focus brands, competitor awareness, and sales strategies.
• Facilitate detailing practice, RCPA training, and evaluation.
• Ensure document verification and HR coordination for smooth onboarding.
• Distribute onboarding deliverables.

✅ HR & LMS Coordination

• Confirm HR Orientation (HRO) completion and share attendance reports.
• Activate Learning Management System (LMS) access and coordinate ILT sessions.
• Arrange online training sessions with the support team.
• Collaborate with Zonal/Regional Managers for business process & incentive training.

Qualifications & Experience:

🎓 Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science / Pharmacy.
💼 Experience: Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development, with experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs. Sales experience at a managerial level is desirable.
📚 Skills:

• Strong knowledge of L&D principles (adult learning, simulations, etc.).
• Understanding of chronic & acute therapy areas, business strategies, and goals.
• Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital platforms (LMS, Zoom, etc.).
