Team Lead - Full Stack Development (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain dynamic and responsive web applications and frontend.

- Ensure a seamless user experience by implementing responsive design and ensuring cross-browser compatibility for web applications.

- Design, develop, and deploy server-side backend components.

- Build and maintain databases, ensuring optimized database queries and schema management.

- Design and develop APIs to support the integration of various web services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and follow best practices in software development and deployment.

- Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deployment, scaling, and managing applications.

- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews, testing, and documentation.

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the front-end and back-end layers.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Proven experience working with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Solid experience with server-side programming languages like Node.js, Python, or C#.

- Strong knowledge of database management and experience working with both relational (SQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.

- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs to connect back-end services with the front-end.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and best practices for deployment and version control.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues across the full tech stack.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
