Team Lead - Full Stack Development (5-9 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team in designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack, web-based applications

and tool-chains.

- Spend 60% of your time coding and contributing to development tasks, and 40% leading and mentoring the team.

- Architect, develop, and optimize internal and external business systems, interfaces, and databases, with a focus on Node.js and SQL as the primary tech stack.

- Translate business and functional requirements into comprehensive technical specifi cations.

- Develop new functionality with code and automated unit tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to team and industry standards, providing constructive feedback.

- Facilitate technical reviews, communicating design and functionality effectively across teams.

- Drive innovation while ensuring security and data protection in applications.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 5+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in full-stack development (UI and

backend).

- Proficient in JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, and Node.js.

- Strong knowledge of databases, especially SQL, including database design and optimization.

- Experience with web and mobile server-side technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, Query).

- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies and application lifecycle management.

- Proficient in object-oriented analysis and design across multiple programming languages.

- Familiarity with secure coding practices and data protection principles.

- Effective communication skills for collaborating with business partners and technical teams
