Position: Software Support Technician

Employment Type: Full-time

What Youll Do:

• Provide technical support to users experiencing software issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs, performance issues, and configuration problems
• Guide customers through software installations, updates, and setups
• Document and track support requests and resolutions
• Collaborate with development teams to escalate complex issues
• Train users on new software features and best practices
• Maintain a knowledge base of solutions and FAQs

What Were Looking For:

• Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques
• Experience with Windows, macOS, or Linux environments
• Familiarity with databases, software installations, and updates
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Previous experience in software support or technical helpdesk is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Working hours

• We have 3 shift patterns available the starting times are 08:00, 10:00 and 12:00 GMT
• Cover from home once training has been completed will be available for the 12:00 GMT shift

Good English , SQL experience and working as part of a team are a must.
