Project Manager - Financial Division

Key responsibilities of a project manager:

• Defining project scope, creating detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, assigning tasks to team members.
• Identifying potential risks associated with a project, developing strategies, and monitoring their impact.
• Communicating project updates and managing expectations with key stakeholders, including senior management, business units, and technology teams.
• Managing project resources efficiently, including personnel, budget, and technology.
• Managing changes to project scope, ensuring any adjustments are properly documented and approved.
• Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Tracking project progress against the plan, identifying potential issues, and taking corrective actions.
• Reduced Complaints from companies / individual customers through detailed quality control inspection of projects upon completion and analysis of failure reports.

Operations Management:

• Ensure smooth operations by creating work schedules to complete with timelines, budgets and specification guidelines for preparation and customer services.
• Managing projects involving multiple systems and intricate dependencies.
• Protecting sensitive customer data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Navigating complex regulatory landscapes and ensuring projects meet all compliance requirements.
• Effectively managing change within the organization when implementing new systems or processes.

Experience in working as Program Manager in any state/national level programs not less than 5 years desirable
