Bid Management Executive

1) Should be well versed and savvy in IT Infrastructure technologies and products (OEMS like Cisco, Dell Technologies, EMC2, Fortinet, HP, VM Ware, Sophos, Microsoft, Linux etc.)

2) Review and analyze RFP to determine key project requirements of the client.

3) Good technical & business commercial writing skills

Create innovative sales content in form of PPTs, One Pagers and Synopsis by gathering information from delivery, technology and sales team to meet the expectations of the audience.

4)Should be sharp and experienced in taking part in Tender Bids, Online eProcurement Channels & Gem Portal.

5) Should be able to quickly draft RFPs, Techno commercial proposals. Synopsys & Business presentations to support sales activities

6) Should have hands on experience in drafting ICT & Software product documents, Pre-Sales Detailed Projects Reports & Post project Project completion reports

7) Assist sales team in preparing tender documents and bid management. Prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication.

3. Good typing speed and creative mind in Infographics

4. Strong listening and articulating skills.

5. Strong in Spoken English & Hindi (Kannada is added advantage)
