Cmm Programmer

Role & responsibilities

* CMM MACHINE OPERATOR and PROGRAMMER

* MACHINE - ACCURATE SPECTRA 3D CMM 600 MM X 1000 MM X 500 MM CNC MODE / 5 AXIS TOUCH TRIGGER SYSTEM INTERGRAL TP20 PROBE.

* MAKING CMM PROGRAMME IN ARCO CAD SOFTWARE FOR THE DRAWINGS PROVIDED BY THE PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT.

* INSPCETION of the parts in the CMM Machine.

* Creating reports/ Inspection reports for the drawing provided. Areas of deviations to be informed.

* Provide & discuss the details of inspection with production team, giving them instructions how to manufacture the product as per drawing if there is any deviations.

* 60% Role is CMM Inspection and 40% role is Quality Inspector.

* Incoming inspection of material, machined parts etc.

* Line inspection and final inspection of machined parts.

* Preparing documents as per ISO & API standards.

Preferred candidate profile

* 4- 8 years Experience in working in CNC Machining units manufacturing aerospace and oil & gas parts.

* 4 years Experience and sound knowledge about CMM inspection.

* 2 - 4 years of Experience in working in quality department. Knowledge of QMS system such as ISO and API.

* Working in shifts as and when required.
