Objective:
- The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email marketing, events, content creation, SEO/SEM, and public relations.
- Manage the execution of campaigns across channels to maximize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Create and manage marketing calendars, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and promotions.
- Use customer insights, competitive research, and market trends to inform campaign strategies.
Brand Management:
- Oversee brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing platforms and touchpoints.
- Drive brand awareness initiatives, elevating the brand's visibility in the marketplace.
- Maintain and enhance the brand's image, positioning, and values across all channels.
- Ensure that all marketing communications are consistent with brand guidelines and voice.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead the company's digital marketing efforts, including managing SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, and website optimization.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies to improve lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Oversee content development for digital platforms (website, blogs, social media, newsletters) to maintain an active and engaging online presence.
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
Content Creation & Management:
- Work with internal teams and external partners to create engaging content (blogs, articles, videos, case studies, etc) that resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure content aligns with marketing objectives and resonates with various buyer personas.
- Oversee content distribution through appropriate channels, ensuring it reaches the intended audience.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and new opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and use data to continuously improve marketing strategies and drive ROI.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing initiatives and report on performance to senior leadership.
- Provide insights into customer behavior, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support for professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and customer needs.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and sales enablement content.
- Foster strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
Event Planning & Execution:
- Organize and manage events, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Manage event budgets and post-event analysis to measure ROI.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that marketing resources are allocated effectively to meet strategic objectives.
- Track marketing expenses and ensure campaigns are executed within budget parameters.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and achieving business growth.
- Strong experience with digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creation.
- Experience with data-driven marketing strategies, including campaign performance analysis, conversion optimization, and ROI measurement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute successful marketing strategies.
