Kasplo - Technical Lead - Full Stack Development (4-5 yrs)

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full stack Tech Lead to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex, scalable applications.

You will oversee both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions using modern technologies.

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, guiding the technical vision, and ensuring successful project execution while adhering to Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Responsibility :

- Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers to design and implement software solutions.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver features that align with business goals.

- Architect and develop both frontend and backend systems with technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and microservices.

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the stack (front-end and back-end).

- Ensure quality and performance standards are met through effective code reviews and technical leadership.

- Implement and manage Agile processes such as Scrum, and coordinate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standups.

- Handle the deployment of services, including working with cloud platforms and containerization tools.

- Provide ongoing mentorship and support for junior developers, fostering a collaborative team environment.

- Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies and practices to improve development efficiency and product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Fullstack development with a strong focus on ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Experience in building and deploying microservices-based applications.

- Knowledge of Golang is a plus.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).

- Proven experience in team handling and mentoring junior developers.

- Solid experience with RESTful APIs, database management, and cloud technologies.

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
