Recruitment Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.
  
• Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, social media, headhunting, and referrals.
  
• Conduct interviews with candidates and schedule follow-up meetings with selected ones.
  
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements and coordinate with them for further rounds of interviewing.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (internal stakeholders) regarding recruitment progress.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment consulting or related field.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or Operations preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of mass recruitment techniques and ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
