Job Role: - IT Security - Lead

Location: - Haridwar (Corporate Office)/ Delhi (Head Office)

Context:

Reporting to the Head of Corporate - IT, this post will be responsible for keeping corporate data safe. Security specialists must maintain and upgrade systems and procedures to prevent data loss or leakage. IT specialists must have many sub-specializations. Depending on a specific environment, an information security specialist must have a stronger focus on cloud, network, app, database, SCADA, or device security. IT security specialist have to be all-rounder with responsibilities combining many cybersecurity roles at the same time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partners with CIO to lead the cyber security strategy and execution for the enterprise
• Planning, project management and implementation leadership, identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.
• Set and implement user access controls and identity and access management systems.
• Monitor network and application performance to identify and irregular activity.
• Perform regular audits to ensure security practices are compliant.
• Deploy endpoint detection and prevention tools to thwart malicious hacks.
• Set up patch management systems to update applications automatically.
• Implement comprehensive vulnerability management systems across all assets on-premises and in the cloud.
• Work with IT operations to set up a shared disaster recovery/business continuity plan.
• Work with HODs or team leads to educate employees on how to identify suspicious activity.
• Hands-on technical depth enables direct oversight, problem-solving leadership and participation for complex. infrastructure implementation, system upgrades and operational troubleshooting.
• Leadership for delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance.

1. Academic Qualification --- Degree in IT or related discipline

2. Professional /Technical Qualification -- BTech/ BE in IT / CS

3. Experience, Age Limit -- 7-9 Years

4. Any other Technical / Behavioral skills

5. Competencies Required -- Preferably work experience in
manufacturing or pharma
