Employer Branding Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Value Proposition (EVP):
• Develop and refine the company's EVP, clearly defining what makes the organization an attractive place to work.
• Align the EVP with the companys culture, mission, vision, and values to ensure consistency in messaging across internal and external channels.
• Employer Brand Strategy:
• Create and execute comprehensive employee branding strategies to strengthen the companys reputation as an employer of choice.
• Position the company as an innovative, inclusive, and values-driven workplace.
• Promote company culture, work environment, career development opportunities, and employee experiences to attract and retain talent.
• Internal Communication & Engagement:
• Work closely with HR, leadership, and other teams to ensure the internal branding aligns with employee experiences.
• Develop internal communication plans that keep employees engaged and connected to the company’s mission and goals.
• Create programs to recognize and celebrate employee achievements, milestones, and contributions.
• Content Creation & Campaigns:
• Lead the creation of compelling content for internal and external platforms, including employee testimonials, behind-the-scenes insights, case studies, and company culture highlights.
• Manage and oversee social media campaigns
• Develop video, blog, and photo content that showcases the work environment and employee experiences.

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or video editing tools.
• Familiarity with employee engagement platforms and internal communication tools.
• Familiarity with employer branding awards and industry recognition programs.
