Education:- BE / B Tech - ( Mechanical)

Exp: 8 -10 years

Location:- Puducherry

Job Description -

• Oversee the maintenance of kitchen facilities, ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
• Manage and maintain safety systems and utilities, including steam boilers and ETP.
• Lead a team of at least 20 maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Monitor and manage electrical systems and utilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.
