Field Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their requirements.
• Visit prospective clients, including small businesses, start-ups, and corporates, to explain Akshara Finalytics' professional accounting services.
• Generate and qualify leads through direct client interactions, networking, and field marketing activities.
• Distribute marketing materials such as brochures and flyers, providing customized service presentations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of field activities, client interactions, and lead conversion results.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine field marketing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: candidates with 1-3 years of experience in field marketing or sales (preferably in accounting or financial services) will have an advantage.
• Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial services is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
• Personality Traits: Dynamic, approachable, and confident in engaging with clients.
