Role & responsibilities
- Smooth operation of machines as per shift requirement
- Managing on & off roll manpower of production line during shift operation
- Ensuring quality product production as per specification & planning
- Preparing & sharing shift production data with HOD/In-charges as per requirement

The person must have following Skills
- Knowledge of Machine operation & Process (Optical Fibre Cable)
- Knowledge of final Product specifications (Optical Fibre Cable)
- Knowledge of online Problem solving (Optical Fibre Cable)
- Knowledge of Raw Materials (Optical Fibre Cable)
- Knowledge of Tools & Dies (Optical Fibre Cable)
