- We are sourcing for Premier B School human resource professional to head the Regional HR function for the Pharmaceutical, Animal Health and OTC products business of Himalaya Wellness.


Himalaya Wellness Company (formerly Himalaya Drug Company) is an Indian multinational personal care and pharmaceutical company based in Bangalore. It was originally established by Mohammad Manal in Dehradun in 1930. It produces health care products under the name Himalaya Herbal Healthcare whose products include Ayurvedic ingredients. Job Description:


- This position will be the business Partner for the Pharmaceutical, Animal Health and the OTC division of Himalaya wellness and will lead the talent management for the entire manpower of the region.

- Will drive regional performance management cycle - target setting, quarterly and annual reviews, appraisals etc.

- Responsible for HR policy formulation, HR strategy, talent sourcing, talent acquisition, and performance management for the pharma and allied Businesses.

- Manage people practices for both on-roll & off-roll employees.

- Compliance and vendor management.

- Prepare weekly culture score card for managers, basis the interaction with the team to suggest feedback and areas of improvement.

- Develop and deploy culture building initiatives and implement a high performing culture ensuring better employee experience.

- Work proactively on attrition analysis, retention strategies and HR policies & procedures communications.

- Key Stakeholder management and organization restructuring.
