Associate/Sr. Associate - US Lease Accounting

Job Title: Associate/ Sr. Associate

Location: Gurgaon/ Hyderabad

Mode of Work: WFH/WFO/Hybrid

Experience: 2-5 years

Job Description:

We are looking for a candidate who has good knowledge of accounting software like Yardi Voyager, QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho and MS Office and experience in lease accounting, AR etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, management, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge about property/ leasing accounting, preparing invoices ,reconciliation, accounts receivable process.
• Experience in Yardi (Voyager, Breeze, and Elevate) & AppFolio Property Management software. QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computers, especially in Microsoft excel.
• Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
