Hiring For Associate/Sr. Associate-Business Valuation

Key Responsibilities:

• Analysis of different types of valuation projects including Equity Incentive Awards (ASC 718 & 409A).

• Fair Value Measurements (ASC 820), Goodwill Impairment (ASC 350), Gift and Estate tax valuation.

• Evaluation of the company's Enterprise Value using valuation methods such as the Income Approach (DCF and CCF), Market/Relative Approach (GPC, GTM Adjusted EV), and Cost Approach.

• Allocation of Equity value through various allocation methods like the Black-Scholes Option Pricing Method, Current Value Method, and Probability Weighted Expected Return Method.

• Analyzing publicly traded comparable companies and M&A transactions through widely used databases like Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Deal stats etc.

• Analysing and reviewing the detailed financial model of public/private equities.

• Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential, providing Insights to the team on building financial models.

• Perform Ad hoc company research, financial models, assisted in valuations
