Assistant Manager - Front Office & Billing

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes for guests.
  
• Handle guest relations, providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  
• Oversee billing procedures, including processing payments and handling patient queries related to medical services.
  
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., nursing, administration) to resolve any issues or concerns raised by patients.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatments, and billing information.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations, front office management, and guest relations principles.
  
• Proficiency in handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently using PMJAY systems.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
