AutoCAD and Rendering Designer

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD and Rendering Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating technical drawings, 3D renderings, and designs that align with project requirements. This role requires strong skills in AutoCAD, rendering software, and a creative mindset to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop precise 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD for various projects.
• Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for presentations and design approvals.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet project specifications.
• Translate conceptual designs into detailed layouts and technical documentation.
• Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
• Manage and maintain design files, ensuring proper organization and version control.
• Stay updated with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in design and rendering.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as an Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, or 3ds Max.
• Strong understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and construction methodologies.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings and renderings.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree or diploma in architecture, design, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional design tools like Autocad, photoshop and any 3D software such as 3D max / rhino / sketchup/ lumion..
• Knowledge of material finishes and textures to enhance rendering quality.
• Understanding of sustainability and eco-friendly design practices.
